Extreme containment measures: keeping your bug reports under control

As the main bug reporter and triager for Pitivi since 2009, and nominated twice among the top bug reporters/closers of GNOME Bugzilla in general in the last few years, I would like to provide concrete and radical tips for GNOME developers/maintainers to keep their project under control and actually be able to use Bugzilla as a tool they can rely on instead of something they run away from.

Basically, an applied version of my blog post on Our Core Software Inventory.

This description can be elaborated if needed (if the talk is accepted).
